Arena Public Use Policies
1. All participants and spectators enter and use the arena at your own risk
a. "WARNING: Under Texas Law (Chapter 87, Civil Practice and Remedies Code),
a farm animal professional or farm owner or lessee is not liable for an injury to or
the death of a participant in farm animal activities, including an employee or
independent contractor, resulting from the inherent risks of farm animal
activities."

3. Terms of Use
Regularly scheduled services
1. Sundays - 8:00 am - 12:30 pm
2. Wednesday - 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The church reserves the right to close the arena to public use for special
church services, events, emergencies, or maintenance as needed.
Daily arena usage, except as stated above
1. 8:00 am - 9:00 pm
Overnight
1. Those traveling and needing a place to park overnight or to deal
with an animal or vehicle emergency are welcome to do so.
Please be respectful of our neighbors with respect to noise etc.
a. The arena is open to all to use on a shared basis

1. Other riders
2. The arena equipment
3. The arena / church grounds
a. Please pick up after yourself
b. Be sure all water used is turned off completely
c. Be sure all lights are off

No group reservation of the arena
1. Drill teams, riding clubs, instructors, trainers, etc, are welcome to
use the arena to practice and train.
2. However, during these practices or uses the arena is still open to
the rest of the public.
a. The expectation is that all are welcome with equal access
b. There is no “first to come first to be served” policy or right
of expectation
TECCHC reserves the right to deny access and use of the arena to an
individual or group as it deems necessary.
b. Public use of the tractor is not allowed

TECCHC has designated certain people within its congregation to operate
the tractor and no one else is allowed.
